Miss T and I have been greatly displeased with Frontier. We had two choices when it came to Internet/Cable service. We decided going with Frontier would be better. Boy were we wrong! They have made a cluster F$#& out of billing. They are charging nearly 20 bucks more than what they told us. It’s just insane.
So the solution? Well I tried Surewest’s web tool that tells me if there service are available in my area. Web response=no. :( But then we received a flyer in the mail for full services. I’m soooo confused. So I called Surewest and asked the customer rep on the phone what is available. After plugging my address it comes back… wait for it…. *ding, ding, ding* Full service which includes (I’m trying not to grin too much) Fiber! This means 10mbps of glorious speed. This means faster than DSL or Cable. This means for once I’m close to the top of the food chain we call the internet. The next step requires me to convince Miss T to change over. With Frontier’s over pricing and horrible billing I think she’ll be happy. :)
The rest of life continues. My mom got the ok to go away on her trip. Tonight we are having a send off and then they are gone for the next three months. I really will miss them. :(
Miss T is off to look at wedding dresses this weekend and then to a bridal show on Sunday. So my weekend is somewhat open. Golf anyone? Movie? Anything?
I have my class schedule almost locked down. I’m taking anthropology, Geography, and Cinema Genre: Science Fiction. I really am looking forward to the Cinema class. It seems like it will be fun. This will lock down my GE requirements and I can finally start on lower division. I still have a few years to go but it’s slowly coming together.
